Still auditing -- long work day followed by quick gym visit. I'm
tired out -- I've pretty much been working about 10 hours each day,
commuting close to 2 hours, and spending an hour or so at the gym.
Tomorrow is our last day, and we should wrap up mid-afternoon. I'm
planning to skip the gym, and maybe go by the winery for a glass of
wine :-).
Food:
* 6:15 (home): instant oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 9:45 (work, brought with me): 2 hard-boiled eggs
* 12:30 (work, from office cafeteria -- except with my own dressing):
salad of greens, other veggies, grilled chicken, with sesame, soy, &
ginger dressing
* 3:45 (work, picked up in cafeteria at lunchtime): banana
* 8:15 (home): ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger
bun w/ f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
Exercise:
* 6:45: Lifting: DB shoulder press; DB biceps curls; DB overhead
triceps extension; Cardio: 10 minutes each treadmill run & rowing
machine
