I was wondering is anyone has learned of a way to incorporate spam in
their diet?

Yes, but they don't live long enough to post the results. dkw

I actually bought a can of spam once. However, it was so many years ago I
don't remember much about it.
Maybe I'll buy a can soon. It is probably a good protein source. Then
again, the can size is probably too large for a single person portion.

Yes, pork fat is mighty tasty. Too bad it is not good for you though.
I think survivability is still hard-wired into us...you know from
ancient times when we needed to eat high fat foods to get the calories
in order to survive, but since food is now plentiful, we don't..and
shouldn't eat those foods which may help survivablilty to breeding
age, but will shorten your life in the long run. Nature has played a
cruel joke on us. All the fatties around are proof of this. dkw

Better placed on ASLDC as spam is zero carb.
I tend to keep a small can of spam at my desk at work in
case I will be working without prior warning past the time
restaurants close. A small can of spam is filling enough
to get me through a marathon work effort and not good
enough tasting that there is no risk I'll have it as a snack.
So it really does end up working as an emergency ration.
