Today was the last day of the audit. We finished up around 3:30, and
I went to the winery and enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine and a
snack while sitting out on the terrace.
Food:
* 6:15 (home): instant oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 10:00 (work, brought with me): 2 hard-boiled eggs
* 12:15 (work, from cafeteria): salad w/ greens, veggies, canned tuna,
kidney beans, f/f sesame soy ginger dressing
* 4:00 -- 6:00 (winery): 2 glasses wine; 6 or 7 whole grain crackers
w/ smoked salmon mousse
* 9:45 (home): 2 cups chunky pot roast soup

:) I also made soup for me, Lentil soup with soy sauce.
