I'm conducting a special weight loss experiment to find a diet product
that actually works. So far, I've found 1,733 products all promising
to help you lose weight fast.

Now I know that most of these products are a load of BS. With
extensive research from reading forums, products reviews, and customer
testimonials, I'm certain this huge list can be trimmed down to a
minimum of 5 products and tested in real time.

If you are interested in the outcome or just want to follow along with
the experiment, then check out

Well, other than the supplements and otc pills which are a waste of
money,  all diets work, if you watch calories. I'd just choose one
that looks healthy and go with it. I like low-fat, and vegetarian, but
many people claim there are good fats, so they incorporate more
vegetable fats like olive oil...or fish/ fish oil in their diets. Go
with a programs that enables you to eat healthy, and more of the foods
you personally like...and count calories. In other words, design your
own diet. It will definitely work if you COUNT CALORIES. dkw
