In my search for a swimsuit that would fit and be reasonably priced, I
found one at Junonia.com. It arrived, it fits and the style is fine
for the pool. So I am ready to go, once the pool re-opens next week.

Which is a good thing, because the plantar fasciitis is not easing up
real fast, even though I have been doing nothing but sitting for most
of the week.

I also decided to order some pants and that was a surprise as well,
kind of a pleasant one. They arrived and are a bit too large! Even
hubby thought so! I do like the feel, they seem to be nice clothes and
looked good. Which is not always the case when I order pants, as waist
and hips are my heaviest areas. So I will return and order the next
size down.

Congrats on the well-fitting swimsuit, and especially on the too-big
pants :-).  I used to buy some things from Junonia; I think their
quality is very good.

I once had plantar fasciitis -- many years ago.  Like an idiot I
didn't go to a doctor or anything -- just suffered with it.  (I think
in those days I just assumed such problems were because I was too fat
and that that's all a doctor would say, or that I deserved it or
something.)  I probably had it for close to a year, but it eventually
went away without me doing anything for it.  (So, not useful advice,
I'm afraid.)

Yes, that is my initial impression!

Yeah, the first time I had it, many years ago, which is why this is
kind of a surprise now, I had no doctor, no money for one and just
kind of suffered it out for a year. I literally had my feet in bowls
of ice water at work. It did, finally, get better.

I know now why doc didn't want me walking (even for brief periods) in
my hilly neighborhood. I could feel it pulling just now as I unloaded
groceries from the car. Driveway is downhill from the walkway to the
house.

I'm happy though, a good friend will be coming to visit soon, how I'm
gonna get the place clean and neat with my feet the way they are, I
don't know, but I figure she won't mind if it's somewhat messy.

Eating has been good... my apetite is down, no doubt due to less
activity. And though I got depressed and gained some, it is now mostly
gone again.

Gotta go fix dinner!
