I have no connection to this product, except as a self-appointed guinea pig.

I've been taking Fucothin for about two weeks.  It is sold as a thermogenic.
My typical body temperature (for years) was around 97.6 on my digital
thermometer.  Today, my temperature is: 98.7

The study supporting the Fucothin stuff indicated that it would take 6 weeks
for a thermogenic effect.

The company that sells it makes no claim about appetite effects.  However, I
seem to get a consistent reduction of appetite for about 2 hours after
taking the capsule.

The stuff is made from seaweed.

FYI

Why would seaweed raise your temp?

Flame On.

I have suggested my wife could heat the house if I stuck her in the furnace.

hhhmmm...   how exactly do you pronounce that?  Fucothin...

I'd like to Fucothin myself...  as its a great way of exercise and frankly,
my temperature rises a few degrees every time.  :-)

I don't know, I suppose if you ate more than 2lbs a day in food, you
wouldn't need 3 a day, as your body can produce enough of its own Fulocheet
the diet aid  ;-)

I think the folks that know suggest 20-30g of fiber, daily for an
average man. From experience, that makes me both fulocheet and
emteeocheet in pretty short order.
