Do you think it's healthy to mix oatmeal with sautee stuff, or curry
soup, also what kinda clothes do you think are better for walking, or
jogging? I normally wear pant, shirt, and a jacket.

I haven't tried it, but I'm sure it's fine. Oatmeal is good for you
regardless of what you mix it with.

Whatever you're comfortable in is fine. You probably want fabrics
that breathe, rather than polyester sorts of things that retain
moisture, at least if you're working hard enough to sweat. If you're
jogging you will probably get warm and won't need a jacket. Or if you
do need one to start, bring something you can take off and tie around
your waist when you get warm. For walking you will probably also want
layers, so that you can take things off if need be. The most
important thing is good supportive shoes.
