I logged my first 100 mile week on the bike. I also broke the 10 MPH
barrier for the first time, and completed a ride of more than 40
miles. Not bad for someone who two years ago could barely walk a city
block. Details on my blog.
Also, my weight is now down to 247. My doctor is suggesting 210-225 as
goal, and I'm now aiming for the high end of that.

Thanks, Little Joe. You were the only person on ASD to respond to my
post. They must not love me anymore. :-)

I continue to be impressed! Every time you post, I keep thinking maybe
I should get a bike. Scared to though, on these hills! And, I suppose,
not practical at the moment, since doc has ruled even the recumbent
bike out 'cuz of my feet.
But someday! I used to really like to ride my bike when I was a kid!
