Went for a run this morning. Spent the day doing stuff around the
house and making German potato salad for a pot-luck wine tasting we
had tonight (German wines). I ate a lot at the dinner :-).
Food:
* 8:00 (home): instant oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 11:45 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger bun w/
f/f cheese slices, dill pickle, & catsup
* 3:30 (home): energy bar
* 6:30 -- 9:00 (wine tasting): wine (around 2 glasses equivalent); an
ounce or so of cheese w/ a few pieces of various breads; a couple of
cocktail shrimps and cucumber & cream cheese appetizers; spinach &
cheese puff pastry; bratwurst; sauerkraut; German potato salad; rice;
tossed salad; apple strudel; pear strudel
Exercise:
10:00 -- 3 mile run

Here is mine:
9:30am
2 bread with sautee eggplant
1 cup tea, milk, no sugar
1:15pm
2 plates rice + peas + little sautee eggplant
6:25pm
1 cup tea, milk, no sugar
4 bread, two with honey
2 dried figs
2 bowl of oatmeal
Walked 1 hour
