Had a very pleasant day.  Went for a run in the morning.  Then I had a
"spa afternoon" with my friend Mary Anne at a local inn/spa.  I had a
massage, then we had lunch at poolside, then I had a body wrap
treatment, then we sat out at the pool again for a while and had a
glass of wine.  Then our husbands met us at the inn for dinner.  All
very nice!

Food:

* 7:00 (home): oatmeal w/ flax seed & peanut butter
* 10:45 (home): 3 slices f/f cheese
* 1:30 (spa poolside): grilled shrimp (3 very large) on top of
couscous; glass of wine
* 4:30 (poolside): glass of wine
* 6:00 (inn restaurant): 2 glasses wine; 1/2 roll w/ butter; tiny
demitasse of asparagus soup; salad w/ greens, roast duck, roquefort
cheese; tiny mango sorbet; beef tenderloin w/ sauteed spinach w/
morels & a small onion tart; small cheesecake (no crust) w/ rhubarb
puree; 2 chocolates

Exercise:

8:00: 3 mile run
