The race is tomorrow. I ran two miles yesterday in 23 minutes--and I
walked the first quarter mile--so I should finish in 30 to 35 instead of
the 40 I originally figured.

I did beat my sister--she walked!! My time was 35:00:01--I came in 6 in
my age group (over 40), and finished in the middle of the pack--just as
I expected. And boy, do my quads ache.
