Ever since I started college, my life has been turned up side down,
and inside out. In summer time they have 'compressed' the whole
semister, and their main reason is to save money (that is to give
money to professor, and make us "students" pay for whole four months
while learning the damn subject in 2 months. This is just sick. Here
is what I have eaten for past 10 days. I'll try to whenever I get the
chance.

How do you guys study, and exercise, any advice will be helpful.

Bit of background.
In my 30s, I've decided to retool my skills, and have started full
time college. Sadly, I picked "summer time" which means compress
courses , worst of all, college is very far; two hour drive... I
should've picked colleges near my area.

6:40am
1 Banana, 2 dates

7:30pm 2 bowls of oatmeal + 1 bread, with sautee pumpkin + chicken.

May 12, 2007
7:40am
2 banana, 1 cup tea, no sugar, milk,
11:45am
2 bowl of oatmeal mix with veggie & chicken, and one mango.
5:45pm
1 cup tea, milk, no sugar
9:18pm
saute gourd + lentil
1 cup tea, milk, no sugar
3pm
3 banana

10:30am
1 cup tea, milk, no sguar
2 bowls oatmeal
2pm
2 or 3 banas
6pm
1 pates caucus with okra, 1 pate saute fish + pita bread

May14, 2007

7:30am
1 cup tea

11:am
1 mango
2:30 pm
2 bowls oatmeal mix with okra
8:30pm
2 plate sautee pumpkin + 4 pita bread

May15
6-7pm
2 bowls of oatmeal
1 cu tea milk, no sugar
1.2 banana

May 16
1 plate sautee spinich + potatoes, 1/2 plate rice + lentil, and tiny
amoung of veal meatwtih bitter gourd,
2 banana
1 cup tea, milk, no sugar

May 17,
oatmeal, ground meat (veal), rice + lentil.

May 18,
around Evening -- had a big test, I really didn't want to eat
anything...

Egg fried, 2 plates lentil + 4 bread
2 cup tea, milk, no sugar
2 ( I think) Banana + pears.

May 19

8-10am
2 Banana, 1 pear
1 cup tea, milk, no sugar
1 bread with honey (home-made as usual-- expect as of now I am using
whole-wheat flour)

5-6pm
1 plate rice + bottle gourd
1 bowl pasta
1 cup tea milk, no sugar

12pm -- midnight
1 cup tea, sugar, milk,
1 piece of bread

We all get heavier as we get older because there is a lot more
information in our heads.  So I'm not fat, I'm just really intelligent
and my head couldn't hold any more, so it started filling up the
rest of me.
