I've never been so happy to lose a pound! With my foot pain I've been taking
it easy the last week, sticking mainly to short bikes ride twice last week.
Took a walk yesterday and my foot feels great so I'm going to ease back into
my 20 miles a week walking and 40 miles on the bike. My strict caloric
intake of 1700 I think has saved me during the down time. Good luck to all
keep up the good work and inspirational posts. Thanks.

5 more pounds to go for a 50 lb loss
13 to go to see 200's!

God bless.

Congratulations Joe.

Glad to see the foot pain is better.  I know how frustrating it can be
to have an injury interfere with our exercise.  I'm currently battling
a problem with the thumb on my right hand that makes climbing hills on
the bike a little difficult.
