Yesterday I went to the gym in the morning as usual, then spent the
rest of the day at home.  I did a fair bit of work around the house,
as we're heading out on vacation tomorrow and I wanted to leave a few
things in some semblance of order :-).  Didn't post last night as we
were having DSL problems.

Food:

* 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 1:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
f/f cheese & grated French hard cheese
* 4:00 (home): energy bar
* 7:00 (home): 6 whole grain crackers w/ smoked salmon mousse spread;
1 glass wine
* 9:30 (home): sandwich w/ 1 slice whole wheat bread, f/f mayo, 3-4
oz. of filet mignon (leftover from Sunday night); 1 glass wine

Exercise:

* 10:00: Lifting: chin-up negatives; machine-assisted pull-ups; angled
cable lat pulldown; barbell bench; DB shoulder press; combo of
overhead triceps extensions and close-grip presses w/ EZ-Curl bar;
standing curls w/ EZ-Curl bar
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class, focus on core and balancing

You need to work on eating outside the home.  This is going to really
limit your working life, ability to travel, etc.

I'll start with water :-)

You see, when I was 16, I  was working in a restaurant. one day I was
cutting some veggies in the kitchen, and I saw a mouse in the pot --
and it was full of soup. Guy just throw the mouse out, and served it.
Even in Seneca college, food wokers are really bad. It's brings back
old memories... I also have some issues with bathroom,  putting my
naked body where another person had his doesn't sound very hygienic.
