Maintained this week.

Busy holiday weekend with lots of bike rides, but also festive eating. :)
Back on track this morning.

Maintaining during holidays is great, Joe.  I managed to gain a little
less than one pound and I'm pleased with that.  I have to take into
consideration the holiday, a granddaughters' graduation party, a
grandson's birthday party and of course the wings and beer after the
Monday night bike ride:)

Wings and beer. Haven't had those together in ages. :) Had light beer
though, if you can call light beer, beer. :)

Nope. I don't. Beer is one place I don't skimp. I'm sure other people
have foods that mean enough to them that they are not going to "settle"
for anything less than the "real deal."

Like:
Good wine
Dark chocolate
Real cream
Aged cheese
Homemade bread

And I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I think the best
"diet" is one I can stick to for the long haul--I've been sticking with
this one for about 10 years.

Maintaining is always better than gaining! So ya done good!

No festive eating here, but also seem to be maintaining. No water
aerobics on Memorial day... and I had to skip them Friday to clean up
the house before delivery people arrived with the new bed.

So exercise has been spotty here... today, I need to do some eBay
listing. But should make class tomorrow.

Must shop soon... have three salads made and ready in the fridge for
today... but am pretty well out of veggies after that!

Saw 240.5 on the scale yesterday... so there may be hope.

Cleaning up the house is a great work-out. :)
