Has anyone tried the workouts of the day posted on Crossfit
(www.crossfit.com)? I've tried a couple, and they have really kicked my
butt--and they're great for days I can't make it to the gym (some of the
workouts don't require equipment).
I'm going to pay more attention to their sprinting articles--I thought I
was going to die after practice last night! I could barely drive home
the pain in my quads was so bad.

Thanks for the link. I'll have to keep that in mind for rainy days and this
winter :)
Take it easy on those quads:) I have a couple sore muscles in my upper
thighs from pushing it on the bike this week. For some reason those
recovery rides I planned turned into more "hammer" rides.
