Went for my usual Tuesday morning run. In the afternoon I went to the
pool for a while. Tonight we did some more basement clear-out.
Food:
* 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dates
* 11:00 (home): 4 whole-grain crackers w/ ~1 oz. Healthy Choice roast
beef & a bit of mustard
* 1:30 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 4:15 (pool cafe): granola bar (small -- 90 calories)
* 6:30 (home): energy cookie
* 8:30 (home): omelet w/ 2 eggs, ~1.5 oz. Healthy Choice ham, ~1.5 oz.
f/f shredded mozzarella, mushrooms; 1 glass wine (Petit Verdot)
* currently (home): ~20 cherries; another glass of wine
Exercise:
* 7:15: 3 mile run
* 3:45 -- 6:00: swimming: 2 x 15 lengths, 1 x 14 lengths -- total of
1100 meters
+ ~ 1 hour of heavy basement clear-out work

Did you say you are in you 130s? How long did it take you to get there?

Thanks, Kathleen :-). It took me just under two years (23 months, to
be more precise) to lose 130 lbs. -- from 262 to 132. This is an
average of about 5 1/2 lbs per month, which is pretty much the rate of
loss recommended by most professionals, I think. I've maintained the
loss for a little over 3 years so far.
