Over the years of the yo-yo thing, I've found a couple of weights that just
seem to be hard to break though. For me, they are 265, 245 and 238. These
have always seemed to be rough spots. I'm trying to break through 245 one
right now, in fact. I'm wondering if anybody else has noticed this kind of
thing -- specific weights that are just hard to break through.

Yep, with me it was 180. I'm on my way down from 190 to - hopefully -
175 and it took nearly a week to break 180.But I'm thru - now at 178.
Being old & sedentary means little exercise so it's a slow process for
me. Total diet time expected to be 3 months on under 1200 a day.

For me it was around 160 (from 197).  I hit 160 and stopped, but am
back to losing again.  I found that I had to go back to the basics and
write down everything I was eating.  I had gotten out of the habit
since I had lost over 35 pounds.  I thought I was safe, but I guess I
was eating more than I thought I was.  I've been documenting my
progress in my blog if you're interested in checking it out...
