I am not a diet expert...but i can see that nobody give you an anwer on your
q. How can he know how much will you lose? He doesn't have any informations
about you. Diet program? M or F? Metabolism...hehehe

How many calories do you eat per day exactly? You're bmr can be roughly
determined by multiplying current weight by 12, or around 1700 calories. If
you want to lose 2 lbs per week, you need a 7000 calorie deficit, as a pound
of fat is roughly 3500 calories. This equates to a 1000 calorie per day
deficit. Can you achieve that? You'd need to eat around 1200 calories and
exercise to burn about 500 calories, every single day.

Come clean ;-) How tall are you? That makes a lot of difference. As I
remember, you have had some difficulty with eating disorders. I am wondering
whether you really need to lose weight, or if you're in pretty good shape
and want to lose weight anyway. --
