After years of trying every diet imaginable I was introduced to a
nutrition plan that changed my life, and my body. In 8 months I lost
25lbs of fat and gained 14lbs of muscle. My body fat went from 16% to
under 5%. Nutrition
is something I've always been passionate about (I could talk abut it
for hours, sad I know) and have learned that it is the single most
important element to getting lean. I'd be glad to share my story with
anyone who is interested Feel free to email me.

Good job man, you look fantastic.

35 going on 19. :) :) :)

But, given your background, you should!

``Cole has been physically active his entire life. After years of
triathlons, weight training and cardio, he still did not have the lean
body he wanted.''

If you really had something to share, you would post it here. You are
promoting something but do not want to say publicly what it is.

Gaining muscle is nearly always good.

And this is healthy how?  With body fat less isn't always
better.  Depending on your age you may have started out
above idea body fat percentage but five percent is very low.

If you claimed this to be a "getting ripped success story"
you would make better sense.

Depending on how you got there. It's not healthy if it's, say, from
AIDS-related lipoatrophy. Or from living on the street and doing
methamphetamine.

That's not the same as having a low body fat from diet and exercise,
along with a decent lean mass.

For a man, it's about perfect.

You're just looking at it from the perspective of a fat society.

Cole looks like we were all meant to look like, and how our ancestors
did look like.
