What type of diet is that? I've been looking for a good diet to get
on.
I've found that it is easier to stay thin if your a social drinker if
you do shots instead of beer or mixed drinks. I only drink on the
weekends, and I use to drink beer and mixed drinks (Zima, Bacardi
drinks...ect) and the moment I switched to shots I saw an
improvement. That's just a suggestion. You may not be much of a
drinker, but I thought I'd mention that.
How often do you work out? Do you do a lot of cardio? Do you have a
boyfriend (I know, personal question, but I have a good suggestion
that helped me out back when I was on the Adkin's diet that I
contribute a lot of my weight loss to). And guys, no silly comments!

I don't drink very often at all, just on the occasional weekend. Maybe
once a month or less, but yeah, the shots of liquor thing is a good
idea. I tend to like the fruity, girly drinks.
As far as the type of diet I'm on... I am not on a diet really. I just
watch my calories with what I eat and try to eat healthy, and not eat
fast food or much junk food. That's about it!
I work out about 4-5 times a week. I do cardio about 4 times a week
and fit in working out a couple times a week.
So are you dieting/watching calories?
