Breakfast: 7:00 South Beach Diet cereal bar cal 190 Lunch: 3:30 Lenny's Sub Shop - 6" veggie sub w/ swiss and provolone cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, tad bit of mayo, brown mustard, hot pepper relish on wheat bread. diet coke cal- 400 Dinner: 7:00 2 slices pizza. water cal- 400 Total Cal: 990 Workout: 30 min cardio- burned around 350 cals 25 min ab class > Breakfast: Could you please stick to one way of titling these posts so that those of us who killfile them based on the subject line don't have to keep making new killfile entries? It's a function of a newsreader that "kills" certain posts or posters so that they're basically marked as read and not seen. I don't care to read people's food and exercise log posts, so I make an entry based on the subject line of the post. Sorry. The date shouldn't matter; it's the words that I use to make the entry. Thanks! It's nothing personal - I don't care to read anyone's food & exercise logs, not just yours. :) |
