Breakfast:   South Beach Diet Bar         cal  140

Lunch:   lean gourmet frozen dinner-  fettuccine alfredo. diet dr
pepper           cal- 300

Dinner- Grilled Cheese, fries. diet coke          cal- 1120

total cal- 1560

No workout today

You might want to think about starting to have some goals for your
ratios of macronutrients -- fats, carbs, protein.  Your calorie total
is okay for today but your dinner is pretty high in fat.  (And, as
I've suggested before, look to shifting more of your calories to
breakfast, with fewer at dinner.)
