vegetables (squach, zucchini and carrots) 1 roll. sweet tea cal-700
snack: 20 fat free lays and 1 apple cal- 160
Total Cal- 1319

Must say, way better than usual on the protein. Watch out for the
sweet tea and fried okra though!

thanks! I don't think I can ever avoid sweet tea, it's my favorite

I grew up in the land of sweet tea... but I actually have found that I
prefer tea without any sweetener of any kind. More refreshing. Each to
their own!
