Food and Workout Log  9/25/07

Breakfast:  1 South Beach Diet bar- peanut butter         cal- 140

Lunch:        Lenny's Sub Shop- veggie sub w/ lett, tomato, pickles,
brown mustard, light mayo, and relish    cal- 300

Snack: (at school)     Chex Mix, flavored dasani water   1 tiny york
peppermint patty         cal- 500

Dinner:        4 small pieces of pizza.   1 apple with peanut butter.
coke zero          cal- 780

Total Cal-    1720

Walked about a half mile on campus.

Well, don't you?  I mean, it's not really well balanced.  Do you disagree?
Here is the bulk of your food intake for the day - a diet bar, chex mix,
peppermint patty, pizza...

Where's the protein?  Where's the 25+ grams of fiber?  How about adequate
protein?  What about the servings of fruits and veggies?

Seriously - do you think your diet is healthy?  Yeah, you can lose weight on
anything if you eat less than you burn, but it's still not going to provide
you with optimum nutrition or energy.
