Different than my usual Wednesday schedule.  Rather than go to the
gym, I did moth trap stuff with the conservancy director and the state
zoologist, who was visiting us.  Did a bit more than usual: I usually
just help put out 2 of the 4 traps, and we did 3 today.  (Michael, the
director, did the 4th on his own.)  Also, the zoologist wanted to walk
around some on the top of the mountain so we did that -- probably
walked around 5 miles instead of the usual 4, with more climbing.  And
as always, some of the climb involved carrying added weight.  Tonight
DH and I went out for Chinese food.

Food:

* 8:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dates
* 12:00 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 7:30 (Chinese restaurant): 3 pan-fried meat dumplings; 1 1/2
pancakes Peking duck; 1/2 Hunan crispy whole fish; 2 glasses wine
(Chardonnay) {I was really hungry -- was wishing I'd had a snack while
we were out hiking. That's longer than I like to go without eating.}

Exercise:

* 3:00: ~5 mile mountain hike -- total elevation gain about 1200 ft.

I meant to mention that this was because he wanted to look for
snakes :-).  There are rattlesnakes & copperheads on the mountain, but
none were making themselves visible today.  I wasn't really sorry
about this :-).
