Food and Workout Log   9.26.07

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with Skim Milk  cal- 200

Lunch:        small grilled cheese, baked lays, sweet tea     cal-
350

Dinner:       pack of tuna, spinach salad with raspberry vinigarette
dressing, lasagna, piece of bread,
                1 banana. sweet tea     cal-   632

Total Cal=  1200

Workout:

40 mins cardio   burned  440 cal

Weights for arms, legs, lunges, sit-ups

This is looking much better.  What are baked lays?

well thanks!  they are just regular lays (chips) that are baked so
they are low fat.
