You said it, or peanut butter or milk and graham crackers, but
drinking milk shakes adds the calories in a hurry. Actually almost
anything you drink that is caloric is good for gaining weight. Since
most of us are trying to lose or maintain wt., the other side of that
is that it is much better to eat calories than drink them...ie: eat an
orange, don't drink orange juice. I actually never met anyone who
tried but couldn't gain weight, unless they were sick. That's the easy
part. Losing it is the hard part. Oh, how I wish I needed to gain some
wt. Hmm. let me see....chocolate chip cookies, fresh baked with an
extra egg yolk and butter not margarine to make them a little chewy,
just out of the oven so they are still sagging a little...with lots of
ICE COLD milk of course....then there's Bluebell homemade vanilla ice
cream with strawberries, and pecan pie, and cherry pie with vanilla
ice cream....and peanut butter sandwiches. Ah, this list is a long one
and I think I'll stop before I make myself even hungrier. Haha. dkw

wow, that sounds like bliss. you really had me going with the chewy
cookies fresh from the oven.
