Food and Workout Log  10.25.07

Breakfast:  blackberry yogurt   cal- 190

Lunch:       veggie sub and baked lays  cal- 400

                snack-mustard pretzels, diet sprite   cal-160

Dinner:       steamed broccoli and squash, 1 slice of cheese melted-
cal- 80
                 mashed potatoes and gravy-   cal- 300
                 half molten lave cake from Chili's-  cal-550

Total Cals- 1680

Workout-  45 mins cardio on ArcTrainer  burned  450 cals

why do you post this stuff here? does anybody in this newsgroup really care
about what you consume or what your workout is???

I find it kind of interesting.  Why don't you just "block sender" or
"create filter" or killfile her if you don't want to even have to
manually ignore the posts?

in case you didn't notice the title of the group, it's
alt.support.diet. I post here for obvious reasons, like it's good to
keep a daily journal of what you eat when you're trying to lose
weight. most people that are dieting are trying to lose weight.  did
you know that?

This is a diet support group and many people choose to journal their diet
and exercise.  I for one usually read their journals.

Yeah, I've gotten occasional ones like that over the years -- some
much more hostile.  Best to ignore them.  They go away.

Yeah, that's probably one of those people that pops in just to look
around, make a rude comment or two and that's it. That's what I
figured anyway.
