Well, my wife and I went to the gym for an hour.
Then we went to one of our favorite restaurants for breakfast... at
noon.
So I hadn't had anything to eat prior despite my last post in which
I said I would have a piece of fruit...

Now, to figure out what I ate.
We split a 6 egg turkey, bacon and cheese omelet.
I'm going to try to do some estimating here:

3 eggs:  300 calories (c)
2 bacon:  100 c
2 slices cheese: 200 c
little bit turkey:  100 c
Orange jc:  100 c (1cp)
Black coffee:  free
Oh... then there's the fried potatoes!...  300 c
Toast w/ butter and jelly:  150

We then went to walmart...  while I waited for her to shop:
McDonalds:
Yogurt Parfait:  100 c
Sm Coke:  100c (lots ice)
TOTAL:  1450 calories  by 4 pm.

I'm not real hungry right now.  :c)

I plan to give myself 100 calorie bonus for exercise, giving me
a remaining balance of 450 calories left.

This will be a challenge since we are going to a family function
tonight.

Plan:  Huge Salad prior & an apple, plus a cup of water.  At
function/dinner, eat small portion only.

Let's see how I do.

Sounds like the dear wife  like big meals too.  I might be easier if
you both were on the same page.  Life is tough and then you die.  oh
my.

I went back a couple of weeks, and there are various SS60 threads.  However,
to me, it sounds like a Russian missile.

What is "SS60?"
