Oh, it's going well! I am maintaining my weight loss from the summer.
I am trying to get back into an exercise routine. Since starting
school this fall, I have slacked from working out a little, but last
week, I went 3 or 4 times and I plan on doing that every week. I still
need to lose 10 pounds, but it should be no problem. I will get back
into a 4-5 day/week workout routine when I have a break from school
again and the other 10 pounds should be off in no time after that. The
important thing right now is that I maintain what I've lost, which I'm
doing. I've also lost one more pound in the past few weeks, so I'm
pretty happy about that.
How are your goals goin?

I started back to school this fall too... after a 13 yr layoff! So, it has
definitely affected my workout routine. Over the summer I was riding almost
100 miles per week, but with school and crappy weather, that's pretty much
over with. I was at goal weight, so I've switched to 'bulking' - I'm
working on regaining the muscle I lost through the intense cycling. I'm not
doing much cardio, but lifting pretty heavy. I expect to gain around 10 lbs
over the winter, hopefully mostly muscle, and then I'll start cutting in
January when ski season gets good and I can get more exercise.
