I like calorieking.com. It has all kinds of things by brand name, as
well as things from lots of restaurant chains. I checked; it has
Mountain Dew :-). Lots of folks use fitday.com, also.

The best feature of fitday is the menu; you can just click on the
items you want to include and it sums up your calories for the day as
well as the nutritional content as well as your calorie expenditure.
It has a feature where you can enter additonal unlisted food of your
choice so you could make an entry for Mountain Dew with its
nutritional content and then each time you drink one you can just
click on your entry. I used to use My NATS at http://nat.crgq.com/mynat/
but I haven't checked it out in a long time.
