Hello. Just wanted to know why there is no mention of Deep breathing
in your plan!!!!

I don't get your inference.  Why deep breathing?  While I am a big
supporter of of deep breathing (Hatha Yoga training :)) I don't know
what you mean.

That's an excellent point.  I tended to hover in the back at yoga
class to avoid the embarrassment of falling down.  I missed that
part.  Google to the rescue.

ABS everybody wants them.  Then why don't people do something about
it? i made a blog that i really hope will help and motivate you to
achieve this goal www.superrippedabs.blogspot.com  The key to getting
abs is through Patience and Persistence. If you put your mind to it
you can achieve anything (i know, its cliche, but very true!)
