Smoking hot?  Even God is laughing at that one.

Click on 5, and you'll have an idea of what I look like. Not very big
legs, the majority of the extra weight in the belly!

Cutting back on soda and beer would change that, if you were interested of
course.   Most guys probably carry their extra weight in that area.  It is
dangerous though, as it does increase heart attack risk, and blood clots in
the lower limbs.

I never drink soda or beer! Any other suggestion? I eat a lot of
fruits and veggies. And still a belly!

Wasn't trying to judge or insult you.  I have friends from high school who
put on a few, and those changes helped them a lot.  Thyroid issue perhaps?

No problem. Could be thyroid. I have no idea. I'll ask my doctor about
it.

Oh boy, here we go again....mentioning something that accounts for at
MOST 1 in 1 million of the reasons fatasses are fat.

99.9% of the reason people are fat as a house is because 1. They eat
too much food in a day and 2. They do not exercise enough to burn
calories.

ALSO many people with hypothyroidism are not fatasses so how do you
explain that?

Tyroid is a real issue.  In my case I didn't gain lots of weight, but I felt
like crap, and had to nap all the time.  Combine that with no diet changes
and clearly weight gain would happen to most.  Obviously the vast majority
of people are obese due to lifestyle choices, but you can't simply deny that
other factors matter in some cases.

I have a hypo thyroid and take medication for it daily.  It was not
diagnosed for years, but I was tired all the time and never felt like
exercising at all.  After treatment, that slowly changed.  Probably can't
hurt to check, and cool you'll ask your doctor.

You must be a boring person.

Again:Why diet and be bored or hungry all the time?

EXERCISE more and then add more foods [beer even] and you'll still
lose weight and keep it off.

Get moving.
