I have a nice strategy for loosing weight naturally. Let me remember yo
onething that " If you recognize and fulfill the needs of your body, i
will fulfill your needs"...
please check :
1. Take balanced diet.
2. Take atleast 5 litres of water a day.
3. Avoid unprocessed foods.
4. Physical exercise like yoga or pilates.
5. Fasting once in a week.
- Loosing weight is not easy as weight gain. It demands determination..
