Jealousy is often a part of it, but the other thing is that fat people
see people who are of normal weight as skinny cause they start
thinking fat is OK. It can become a real problem especially when they
don't see their young kids are overweight.

Occasionally you see someone who is overweight, but appears healthy,
is young, and looks pretty good. The thing is, always, IMO, they would
look much better if they dropped the extra weight. Now if you are
older, not good looking to begin with, and overweight, you really look
bad being overweight. This would be the vast majority of the
overweights out there...both men and women.  I suppose fattness, like
beauty, is in the eye of the beholder, but I really don't know anyone
who prefers fat people to date or marry. They may tolerate it though,
and look past the weight problem. dkw
