I did not and will not visit that website, but I can confirm that
herbal teas are very helpful to curb appetite. I drink green tea and
oologon tea. I quit coffee.

For me, no herbal tea beats a coffee with cream and sugar, or a good
cafe latte. However, I've been informed of the good stuff in the
herbal tea and of the possible damage of coffee on the liver. I tried
herbal tea last year, did not like it at all, and went back to coffee.
I had acidity in my throat after drinking coffee. So I tried herbal
tea again, and finally found teas to my taste. You may have to buy
several types of tea until you find one that you like. Lately, I
discovered Oolong Tea. The taste was not that great, but I have found
another brand that has Oolong and ginger. That one has become one of
my favorites.
