Hi,

I have tried so many products for losing weight.  But so far I haven’t
found any products which give good results without any side effects.  Now,
I'm looking for products that have no side effects and can help me to
control my weight. Can anyone help me?

I think you're using the wrong word.  It's "produce" not
"products".  Go to the produce section of the grocery
store.  You'll find it all there.  I understand that's not
what you meant, but it is nonetheless the answer.

what a moron. i think the answer is "diet soda". regular sodas are
empty calories which make you fat.

Is it true.. they said you'll feel the effects of all those diet pill
or supplements like ten years form now on??? logically when we ar
dieting we lost important nutrition our body needs, like calcium fo
ex. any explanations??

I use green tea extract. I take 1,000 mg per day.
I can't feel any effects from it, but it does seem to help me lose
weight. I also drink green tea.
It raises your metabolism.

I also use hypnosis audio recordings and affirmation audio recordings
to help me exercise and burn fat and control my eating. These
definitely have no side effects. All they do is program your
subconscious mind to make you exercise a lot more and contol your
eating. I have an affirmation recording called "love to exercise" and
it really does make me love to exercise! These audio recordings are
definitely the best things I have ever used for losing weight. I'm
walking 4 miles a day and using dumbbells and I feel great. And I
drink smoothies and eat salads, which also make me feel great.

Losing weight is a mental game. Losing weight is very easy technically
speaking. The only hard part is the mental part. And using audio
recordings takes care of that. I'm getting good results from dieting,
eating healthy foods, not eating unhealthy foods, exercising, and
taking nutritional supplements.

If you're trying to find a magic pill that will make you lose weight
without any diet, exercise, or effort of any kind, then I think that
is really lame and you're trying to get something for nothing. I don't
think that will work. A healthy diet and daily exercise are mandatory
for good health and a good life, not just for losing weight. I feel so
much better when I exercise and eat healthy and my whole body
functions much better too.
