Why is it so Hard to Lose Weight?

Have you ever wondered why the older you get the harder it is to
maintain your weight, let alone lose it?

The reason why nobody can lose weight is because they drink soda with
sugar.

If you switch to diet, you will lose all the weight you want and you
can still eat burritos, double cheeseburgers, extra large pizzas.

Just start drinking diet soda, and do sit ups and lift weights, and
you will be thin.
