Green Tea Extract + Caffeine + Chromium Piccolinate

I actually found that this combination really works well to burn the
fat off. It keeps up the metabolism. I also exercise, but when I use
these supplements, the weight comes off faster. Sometimes I can lose 1
pound in an hour just sitting down. I like to get the caffeine from
Rockstar sugar free energy drink. Gives me more energy and makes me
feel good. I can go for a long time without eating. But you probably
shouldn't use TOO much green tea extract because a web site says that
excessive amounts can do some damage. I use Swanson's green tea
extract and I take 2 or 3 capsules a day.

But I also exercise and I eat extremely healthy. I eat nothing that is
unhealthy. I doubt that the above supplements will help you lose
weight if you eat unhealthy crap and don't move at all.

Proof by informal study of one subject, where the researcher is
that subject.

Insufficient sample size, no control group, likely researcher bias.

Conclusion: bullshit.

Conclusion: you're an a.shole.
There is nothing wrong with me saying my personal experience.
You didn't need to say all that sh.t.
If you used Google you would have found out that other people have
written about this. It was not my own original idea to use these
together.
Eat sh.t and die you stupid f.ck.

There is nothing wrong with criticizing the conclusions drawn from your
personal experience. For what reason was it that you chose to circulate
your experiences in an international discussion newsgroup?

I suspect it was intended as bait: i.e. trick people into posting the most
obvious criticism of your claims, and then jump on them with ``a.shole'',
``f.ck'' and ``eat sh.t''.

To be baited is human. To be baited twice is dumb.
