Quite a few years ago I went on Medifast.  I'm on it again to drop some
weight fast to try and get my blood pressure down.  My doctor had cleared me
to do the diet for no longer than two months.  I'm at the two month point
now, I've lost 30 pounds and my blood pressure is down and my doctor took me
off my BP med.

Is there someone out there that is familiar with Medifast that can explain
to the the "transition period" of going back to normal foods.  I don't want
to gain all the weight back going off the shakes, but I know Medifast has
this transition plan and I would like to know what it is.

I am not sure about this transition plan and how well it
works .However in my experience after I finish with any diet program
everything sees fine at first.I say this because for the first few
months I am dedicated to my diet plan and try not to eat as I use to .
But old habits are hard to break and I have always gained my weight
back or even more. A friend of mine told me of a new way to look at
food and I have been experiencing some fairly good results. If your at
all interested please feel free to e-mail me I have a site I can send
you to . Please put Diet plan in subject line Thanks
