MEAT: beef, chicken, pork,

FISHES, CRUSTACEANS AND MOLLUSKS: anchovy, angler, blue whiting, cod,
cuttlefish, green crab, hake, horse mackerel, mullet, common pandora,
salmon, sardine, squid, tuna,

OILS: olive, maize,

VEGETABLES: artichoke, bean, beet, broad bean, cabbage (cauliflower,
Brussels sprouts), carrot, eggplant, leek, lettuce, olive, pea, pepper
(pimento), spinach,

FRUITS: apple, banana, grape, peach, pear, strawberry, walnut,

DRINKS: beer (malt), wine,
SUGARS: beetroot (unrefined),

OTHERS: almond, avocado, blackberry, cherry, chestnut, custard apple,
grapefruit, hazelnut, kiwi, Lactarius sanguisfluus (none name English),
mango, partridge, persimmon, pistachio, pomegranate, plum, quince, sweet
potato,
