Hi Guys

I just moved out of my mom's house, and now living on my own. I am
trying to come up with a way of making weekly meal plan. This is what
I'd like in my weekly plan.

For breakfast; alternating between Oatmeal, bagel, and sometime poach
egg.
For afternoon; something cooked (veggie, chicken, and turkey) eating
with rice & pasta.
For night time; some fruit, and sometime raw veggie, or steamed.

Since, I am living on my own, I need to cooked most of this stuff all
by myself. I am an able cook, but I need recipes, and google gives too
much information for me to handle. And since I'm interested in diet, I
am hoping some of you guys can give me some advice.

Thanks a bunch.

All I give is how I eat.

4 slices whole wheat toast with canola harvest or 1 cup oatmeal or dry
cereal.
1 piece of fresh fruit.
1 cup non fat milk drink or put on the cereal.

1 cup not fat milk.
2 ounces cheese, 1 egg, 6 ounces of boiled chicken thigh or fish sauted in
extra virgin olive oil with a little lemon juice.
4 ounces green vegetable
4 ounces orange vegetable
4 ounces cooked beans
8 ounces starchy vegetables
8 ounces of other vegetables
1 piece fresh fruit
4 ounces cooked brown rice or 2 ounces dry whole grain pasta.
The chicken rice and vegetables are steamed ahead of time and put in 8.5
ounce glad containers in the refrigerator.

Cost is about 7 dollars a day.
