Thanks for sharing the information on diet and nutrition.
Here is an examples of a diet plan which is helpful in losing fat.
Two tender and juicy marinated/broiled venison fillets - medium rare
One whole fresh zucchini sliced with fresh diced garlic and onions
and cooked in a touch of olive oil. One medium sweet potato sliced int
thin slivers and slow cooked in a pan with 1 Tbsp virgin coconut oi
(can find at certain health food stores), cinnamon, 1/4 cup pineappl
juice, and a touch of real maple syrup (organic)
