I need an affordable yet very accurate floor scale to
weigh myself in the morning.

Any advice on brands and models to buy?

Thanks!!

Any scale that reads once in the morning for what it registers
that day is not accurate.  Real accuracy needs readings that
are averaged across the previous week.  I very much wish a
scale that does that would appear on the market!

Given the inherent inaccuracy of what's being measured
(water reacts to gravity but it is neither fat nor lean) getting an
extra digit of accuracy isn't all that useful.  The type used in
doctors' offices will probably never be beat for that reason.
But any scale that's sturdiliy built will be fine.  As long as it
does not look and feel cheap, you'll be good to go.
