I finished 14 full days on my diet again. And this week I lost 2.2 kg
= 4.8 lb. But I was sick one day this week and all I had was soup on
that day, so it's not exactly a normal week. Because of that one day
of almost eating nothing, I only averaged 1,265 calories per day this
week.
Nevertheless, if you calculate that 4.8 lb of lost weight = 16,800
calories, that means I was short 2,400 calories per day. Since my
current weight is 123.2 kg = 271 lb, that means the number of calories
per pound (CPP) I needed to maintain my current weight this week was
about (2400 + 1265) / 271 = 13.5, a bit above average metabolism for
me.
I didn't really do much exercise this week, but I did start using my
Bullworker again. I figure the least I can do is try to build up some
muscle mass because that helps with metabolism too.
So my total weight lost so far, this time around, is 3.2 kg = 7 lb.
And on to week three...

It's a good start. I shall weigh this evening, before dinner, and see
how the last two weeks went.

exactly... one of the things i figured out once was what would i weigh if i
hadn't started WW, i took my rate of gain for the previous five years and
added it to my starting weight... after that it was easy to stick with it
because the answer was horrifying... and honestly i would have been dead not
just fat, Lee
