Easy diet.

Get iceberg lettuce and coleslaw. Combine and use for salads.
Add califlower and carrots occasionally.
Get several different type dressings for taste variety that are low
fat.

Bake a chicken and remove meat and shred. You can use
canned chicken and canned ham, turkey, but it is expensive
and the texture is slightly odd.
Make chicken salad with miracle whip, horseradish mustard,
chopped celery, and broccoli coleslaw [nuke then chop fine.]
Also can add crushed pecans and chopped green apple.

Eat chicken salad sandwiches on double fiber bread for one meal.
Can also use tuna but watch intake because of mercury.
Eat salad with chicken shred for a meal substitute.

Get several different type season 'sprinkles' to create variety
for salad. Garlic pepper, chilli powder, season salt, etc.

Snack on toasted soybeans, pecans, almonds, walnuts, and
yogurt.

Occasionally break the diet on purpose for one meal, about
once a week, ie: eat some pizza, a burger, or whatever you
would not normally eat on a diet. But after that go right back
on the diet. Try to break the diet on a different meal, not always
the same one.

After work to avoid the stress eating, make a smoothie from the
following:

banana
soymilk
peanut butter
instant coffee
cocoa powder [swiss miss]
cinnamon
ground up multi vitamin and B complex vitamin

Experiment with this plan and you will lose weight easily.
It is easy to get back on if you need it and is fairly healthy.
Also, unless you are diabetic, if you crave something sweet,
do not eat a candy bar, just eat a piece of hard candy, like a
cinnamon disk or a lifesaver. Usually you only need a small
amount of sugar to stave off such attacks.

Addendum:

Add ice to the smoothie.
Use hot spiced tea with liquid coffee creamer to stave off appetite
attacks now and then.
