Please note that the URL of the Dieters site has changed to
http://dieters.elliptics.com. The old URLs will still work.

Please join! It's free and I will do my best to keep out spam (which
is overwhelming here). You can make your own diet blog, join and
create your own groups, have friends links and more.

I'm trying to create a friendly, at-home, mutually supportive
atmosphere where we can all have blogs and talk about our diets. I
started the site on 1/1/2010 to start the new decade off right with my
own diet!

While I'm a low-calorie person and personally think plans based on
calorie counting, such as Weight Watchers points, make the most sense,
other dieters, such as low-carbers are also welcome to join and create
their own groups. We won't discriminate or get into "religious wars"
about things. The exchange of information is always a good thing.

So please visit:

http://dieters.elliptics.com

Thanks,

doug

Sorry - one more change!

Dieters is now Diet Harbor - your safe harbor for dieting.

The new, even simpler URL is http://dietharbor.com.

Please drop by!

You guys might be interested in an article in the current issue of
outside magazine.  The guy wasn't heavy but athletic.  Anyway he spent
a year trying six different diets and wrote this article about it.

-intro.html

is the online version.  I found it quite interesting and informative.
