Like I don't have enough problems in life, I am realizing I've been
trying to lose weight for 15 years, and always gain it back, now worse
than ever.

I feel hideously ugly, freakish, and dangerously obese now.

How fat do you have to be to get gynecomastia or bariatric surgery ?
