I read a book related to acid/alkalinity balance several years ago. The
author indicated that a person that eats a high acid diet (example: lots
of meat and cokes) is more likely to develop cancer than a person that
eats a high alkalinity diet. A person that eats a high acid diet
(according to the author) will have lots more medical problems than a
person that eats a high alkalinity diet.

Anyone can write a book. It need not be true. There is no agency that
verifies the information in books. The publishers want to make money.
Who knows what the author wants.

Whether acid/ alkalinity test is nonsense or not is the issue her
because at the end we are all led up to eat veggies. I am not a big fa
of vegetables but even then I eat a lot of them because it keeps u
healthy. If you want to eat more meat eat more veggies. Vegetables mak
your body cool when it is supposed to get hot after having all thos
proteins from the meat. So next times you eat something make sure ther
is enough veggies in it
